Mój Suunto :) I was infected with this wonderful device by a buddy, I own it for almost 6 years. I do not take it off my hand :)). I bought the watch in 2014. (for £830). It worked flawlessly for six years. In 2020 it broke down, so I bought another copy (for 499 zloty). It works so far until today (11/08/2022) without problems. The depth gauge indicates up to 12 m, in 0.1 m increments. After exceeding 12 m it displays: "peak". The accuracy of the current unit is satisfactory. It hurries about 15 s / month. The previous one ~30 s / mc, so it probably depends on how you hit. The stopwatch, unfortunately, only has an accuracy of 0.1 s, but there is still: altimeter, barometer, compass, sunrise and sunset times. sun, alarm clock, backlight, thermometer, timer, also a lot of useful functions. When you play a dive or climb from memory, a moving graph as a function of time is shown. There are 10 records (e.g., dives). While the atmospheric pressure is also on the graph and remembers every half hour a week back. I think it is most recommendable. As for me, 4.5 stars.

I have owned it for two years. The watch has not had an easy time with me. It has explored a bit of the mountain world. Tested in all weather conditions. A really tough competitor, when during climbing I happened to press it hard on a rock, I was convinced that the glass would be scratched, but where there.... At the end of the manufacturer's warranty, two buttons stopped working. On the last day of the warranty I made a claim, through the application form (service from the technical support side a medal!) and sent it to the service center in Prague in the Czech Republic, the "repair" lasted one working day, I received the relevant information on e-mail that the watch was replaced with a new one, which infuriated me, because seemingly trivial fault, did not herald such a turn of events. The watch was shipped to me the following day, and when I received it, I didn't quite believe that I had received a brand new watch (with the old strap), but in fact I did. Great respect and a nod to Suunto service that they handled the matter this way, because given our Polish realities, I expected a rejection of the complaint due to mechanical damage. I am very positively surprised.

A good solution. Suunto is a Finnish company, founded in 1936, known for the production of compasses, diving computers and, above all, watches, created according to the most modern engineering solutions, which, when tested in the toughest conditions, are considered reliable and recommendable products. When looking for a sports watch, an important aspect for me was reliability and a durable construction, thanks to which the watch will survive even in harsh conditions. The second aspect was the practical and useful functions that I will use on a daily basis, not only during training. The last one was the look of the watch. The timepiece was supposed to be eye-catching, with its design and character - yes, that's the most appropriate word. I will review the Suunto Core All Black watch here, but from the beginning ... My first encounter with this Suunto model took place while watching the movie The Equalizer, in which Danzel Washington uses it several times as a stopwatch. For those who have not seen, I will write that it is worth watching the first part and see for what purpose the said stopwatch was used. Then Suunto Core All Black, I saw one of the main characters on the hands of the Chicago PD series, and on the wrists of Navi Seals soldiers, in videos showing their training. Even then, I knew that I found what I was looking for, and the positive opinions on the web made me feel solid. I will start with the fact that I have had this watch for about 3 years. It accompanies me every day as a watch for work and training - running, bicycle and basketball. I can definitely say that it looks like new and works flawlessly. Minimal signs of wear on the case back, from replacing the battery and that's it. The only thing I changed after 3 years was the belt, because it showed the hardships that it had endured during this demanding time. The watch fits well and confidently and looks amazing on it. The black color together with the white scale of degrees on the bezel make a very solid impression. As already mentioned, the watch is durable and designed for adventures in the most difficult conditions. Water resistance of 30 meters, a scratch and crack resistant mineral glass, embedded in the depth of the bezel, and a proven quartz movement make this watch a trustworthy product, which I had the pleasure to check myself. Moving on to the functions: There are a lot of them, and using them often gives a lot of satisfaction. We have three main modes. Time, Alti & Baro and Kompas. The time of day is displayed in a large and legible way (12 or 24 hours). At the top there is an arrow that indicates weather trends - whether the pressure is falling, is it constant or rising. At the very bottom, in each mode, we switch between views. Here in time mode, we can set the date display with the day of the week, seconds, time in a second time zone, sunrise and sunset in our location, stopwatch, timer or leave the field blank. A great solution that allows you to display the most necessary information on one main screen. The second mode is the altimeter and pressure gauge mode. We can set one specific mode to be displayed here, or the auto mode, which will set the appropriate mode by itself, depending on our activity. Depending on the settings, read here our current altitude along with its trends, or we will check the current prevailing pressure. These modes also have a thermometer function that shows correct values, but you have to take the watch off your hand for about 15 minutes. In pressure measurement mode, there is an eye-catching graph showing the behavior and changes of this value. The last mode is the digital compass mode, with basic indications and the ability to set the direction of our choice. There is also one alarm. The watch has a rotating bezel with a compass indicator covered with a luminescent substance. There is a dedicated mode for settings, units, locations, etc. The backlight does a great job here, with a military effect. The backlight illuminates the entire watch face in a cool, green color, allowing for a long and comfortable checking of the information contained on the screen. I am pleased with the solution that allows you to easily and independently replace the battery of the watch. It is enough to unscrew the lid with a coin and replace the batteries. I will also mention the presence of a storm alarm. Core All Black measures the atmospheric pressure all the time. With the storm alarm function on, while the pressure starts dropping quickly, the timer will warn us of possible storms and rain. The Suunto Core All Black watch is undoubtedly a watch that attracts attention with its great design, and once you get to know it from the inside, you can't take it off your wrist. A watch with character, cool and useful functions and designed to last for many years despite the harsh conditions.

I thought about a sports watch for a long time, universal due to my place of residence, which is the Hel Peninsula - as you know - the location is conducive to various types of water sports. In addition, it must meet my expectations during frequent hiking trips to the mountains. I needed a watch with numerous functions such as a thermometer, compass, monitoring of atmospheric pressure or altitude climbed without losing long operation on one battery. I found all this in the Suunto Core watch and additionally in the Regular Black version it has a great price and a classic, clear design. A nice addition to the bike and watch - after all, I don't need an extra meter. In fact, if you already have a watch, the option to buy a sensor is probably more profitable than buying a bicycle meter. And all training data (including cadence) is available in one application. Simple installation, although I have some concerns about the shape of the magnet screwed onto the spoke (asymmetrically) - in case of loosening it may "jam" and break the sensor arm attached to the frame. I am going to change this (use a different magnet). I was also surprised by the configuration method - different in different watches - in Ambit Peak 3 it is necessary to calibrate with a different meter, in Suunto 9 the wheel circumference is given as part of the configuration (no calibration needed). But that's not a problem - you just need to know.
