With the Suunto Smart Heart Rate Belt M SS050579000 HR belt, you can easily measure your heart rate. The model can be easily paired with devices that use Bluetooth Smart/BLE technology. The device guarantees accurate readings - the movement of the hand can affect the precision of the heart rate measurement from the wrist. The belt also allows measurement while wearing the watch on the sleeve of a sweatshirt or when attached to the handlebars of a bicycle, and even readings without wearing the watch during exercise. The equipment features an R-R memory function, which activates when the timepiece is out of Bluetooth Smart range. This makes it easier to take measurements especially during team sports and makes it unnecessary to have the watch on your wrist. This option is compatible with Suunto 3, 5, 9, Spartan, Ambit3 and Traverse watches. The belt is multi-sport - it will work well for cycling, team sports, martial arts, swimming, gym workouts or skiing, for example. It can also be used with the free Sports Tracker app on Android, iOS or Watch OS hardware. The product is guaranteed for one year.

The belt connects to the watch in 3-5 seconds, heart rate measurement with an accuracy of a few heartbeats: D It does not restrict movement, it is soft and is very comfortable to wear. I recommend it to anyone who wants their performance measurements during training to be very accurate.
