In order to return or exchange your product, you need to follow the steps below:

1. Print out the form

b. If you want to exchange your product, please fill out this exchange form and print it out.
Download exchange form (pdf) and print it.

2. Choose your courier service

a. Choose any courier service for pickup.

b. Fill out the form and book the most suitable pickup time.

c. Make sure your item is well-secured in the package.

d. Print out the label which was generated on your courier service website and place it on your parcel.

e. Wait for collection by a courier.

3. Get a refund or exchange your product

Watchard refound

The money for the return or the difference in the amount after replacing the product with another, will be refunded by the same method by which the order was paid.
