The Venezianico brand has just launched the Ultraleggero model, the most innovative watch in the Nereide series. According to the manufacturer, the watch draws its inspiration from the Vitruvian Man, symbolising the Renaissance and the close relationship between art and science. The specific shape of the skeletonised dial fits perfectly into the body of the mechanism thanks to an original patented system that guarantees lightness.
The Nereide Ultraleggero watch features a dial with a distinct multi-layer design, which is protected by a patent. The Venezianico watch exemplifies a sophisticated, technical and innovative design. The dial of this model exhibits a harmonious balance achieved through Leonardo da Vinci's golden ratio, also known as the divine proportion, which results in a captivating and well-structured aesthetic arrangement of elements.
The Nereide Ultraleggero watch exudes a distinct identity, sporty soul and a refined design. It’s complemented by a flexible rubber strap. Not only does it provide exceptional comfort during wear but also demonstrates outstanding durability, withstanding abrasion and extreme temperature changes ranging from -30°C to +70°C.
You can buy Venezianico Nereide Ultraleggero models with a Canova bracelet, whose design has also been registered. It features a double finish, both glossy and satin, which echoes that of the case. The butterfly clasp doesn't break the continuity of the design thanks to a perfect integration with the final central link.
An engraving of the Vitruvian Man is placed on the caseback. It has both satin and polished finishes. The Nereide Ultraleggero watches are powered by a Seiko NH70A automatic movement featuring 24 jewels. They come with a rotating bezel made of 316L stainless steel. The hands and stick indices are coated with BGW9 Super-LumiNova luminescent coating. The dial is protected against damage by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. With a water resistance of 20 ATM, these watches are suitable for swimming and freediving.
