Suunto Ambit 3 Peak is the latest creation of the Finnish manufacturer Suunto. It will be a dedicated device for triathletes, but also for any devotee, individual dycyplines separately. Suunto Ambit in appearance will resemble its predecessor, but inside there have been significant changes. From now on Suunto Ambit is not only a sports watch, but also a SmartWatch. The watch's display will show messages about new sms messages, emails or missed calls. In addition, from our phone it will be possible to configure the basic settings of the watch. However, the biggest surprise is the complete abandonment of ANT+ technology and the switch to Bluetooth Smart (4.0). This solution will allow the watch to work with all additional sensors (cadence sensors, bicycle sensors, footpods, power meters) using Bluetooth technology from any manufacturer. Another change that deserves attention concerns the HR belt.
