The watch is gorgeous. The photos do not reflect its charm. It works well with a suit as well as a leather jacket and jeans. See how beautiful the hands are, at the same time delicate and slender, but also with character. After buying a strap in a different color, we have a set for every occasion. See that even the belt buckle has a logo! The watch comes in a long package, i.e. the strap is not fastened. It just looks cool. Unfortunately, my watch broke down, the mechanism started to jam. Then he quickly made up for it, then stopped again. But I bought it used so it's hard to tell how it broke. He's back from the site right now and he's cool again.

The case has a crown on the right side, unfortunately not signed by the manufacturer with the Zeppelin logo or its sign, and two buttons on the right side. The beautiful silver dial of this watch shows three small dials (alarm and reference time, seconds and stopwatch) and a date window with the days of the month. The hour indices are marked with silver spheres - except at 12 o'clock, where the Zeppelin logo is located, 3, 6 and 9, which have smaller dials, and 4, where there is a date window. The hours are not marked with Arabic numerals, but the clock is legible. Minute indications are marked with Arabic numerals every 5 seconds. The hour and second hands themselves look beautiful in retro styling. The dial also includes a tachometric and telemetry scale. The watch has both of these functions. The tachymeter can be used, for example, to calculate the speed of a car over a specific distance. The telemetry, on the other hand, is used to measure the distance between the observer and the light and sound event. The timepiece has a quartz movement by the Swiss company Ronda 5130.D with six stones, which is considered failure-free. The autonomy of gait is 48 months. We will visit the watchmaker to replace the battery, so only after 4 years from the date of purchase! On the wrist of the watch there is a dusted strap with a classic clasp, which was made by hand. The clasp only has a sign that it is stainless, unfortunately it does not have the Zeppelin logo. The water resistance of the watch is 50 meters, so we can confidently not only not worry about splashing the timer while washing our hands, but also take a bath with it. The watch looks great, referring to the styling of the clocks of aviation indicators. It is made with great attention to detail. It has a unique style that combines elegance and modernity. By purchasing this model, we will receive a unique timer along with a ticket (this is the form of the warranty card) for the Zeppelin airship flight. Each watch has a unique serial number, which further emphasizes the uniqueness of each watch. This watch is simply: zuverlässig, elegant, phantastisch, perfek, entzückend, licht, ideal, nutzbar.

I bought a watch with the intention of wearing it with "outdoor" clothing such as cargo pants. Stylistically, I have nothing to complain about in this respect. The watch has an interesting case color and a "nice" dial. "Pretty" in quotation marks, because of course it is very subjective and must be read in the context of the outfit it is supposed to fit with - is it pretty, if we compare it with e.g. Atlantic Worldmaster or Seiko Presage (choosing examples at reasonable prices? People who only consider mechanical watches will say no - and if you look at quality, elegance, or even versatility, they will definitely be right. PLN with over 4x more expensive, because it will be as revealing as the statement that the Audi Q5 is cooler than the Dacia Duster. The strap is very nice - I'm not an expert here, because most of the watches I have had so far were on steel bracelets, but comparing with others in a similar price segment that I have dealt with (Casio Waveceptor and automatic Fossil, both models bought about 10 years ago), I think it looks very positive. more pleasant than a typical smooth leather belt. This one seems to be warmer, slightly reminiscent of suede (not the best comparison, but I'm a total amateur in this matter). Comparing it to the 2 x more expensive Vostok Gaz-14 (a newer model, so according to the reviews of the believer not suffering from the quality of the straps, which reportedly happened earlier in this company), I do not feel any particular difference in quality. It is different, but I do not have the impression that it is worse - of course, this will be verified by time, but perhaps this is due to the fact that in Timberland, as a company known primarily for the production of solid shoes, leather is at an above-average level in relation to the price. . I have no comparison to higher-end watches than the above-mentioned ones. Vostok, but at the same time similar to the dial - such a comparison would not make any sense due to the price gap. The last thing I will mention when listing the advantages of the watch is something that made me hesitate - because my first impression was that it was a defect - it was the weight of the watch. Since most of my old watches are on a metal bracelet, I don't have a big comparison, but when I first picked it up, I was very surprised how light this watch is - especially in relation to the size, because 46 mm is really a lot. I'm a rather big guy, but the watch makes a really solid impression on my wrist. Lest I fall into admiration for this watch - there are also minor negatives. Even though this is not the most serious objection, I will start with it to continue the story I started - the weight of the watch. It is light, which may be nice, but my first thought was not really - "what a nice light watch", but - "how light is plastic?" The description says that the material of the case is stainless steel, but its lightness does not give me the impression of a very solid and durable structure. In part, it is certainly a matter of the fact that the automatic movement is much heavier than the quartz movement, and the only direct comparison I had at the time of purchase was the aforementioned similarly sized automatic Fossil, which seems to be 2-3 times heavier. However, even if this is the case, the watch, despite its outdoor appearance, does not seem to be very durable and resistant. That's not his job and no one says it's G-Shock, but it doesn't change the fact that it clashes with its appearance. The picture suggests - you can take this watch anywhere. Contact with the watch seems to speak rather - the model will then be a great fit when you wear cargo pants / checked shirt to work (at your desk) or for a beer with friends. The second thing, perhaps minor and to be circumvented, but still leaving a bad taste, is the instruction. She says - to set the day (of the week), pull the crown out "a second click" and turn it clockwise, because the day changes between midnight and 5 am. He also says - to set the time, pull out the crown "a second click" and turn it clockwise. Maybe it's obvious that when I want to switch the day from Tuesday to Saturday, I have to make "a few" turns to simply turn the watch several dozen hours. However, the way it was described suggested to me that I should find some "magic" / dedicated method for setting the days of the week analogous to setting the days of the month, not spinning for a minute, and setting the day by flipping the hours. Anyway - whether there is no such method, or I did not discover it - minus for the instruction, because instead of acting according to it, I had to do some trick. To sum up - the watch looks very interesting and in relation to the price - I believe that it is a successful purchase, provided that the durability that the outdoor style might suggest is not expected of it. Supporters of mechanical watches, and above all people who do not digest fashion watches, will judge it negatively, but I think it fulfills everything that can be expected from such a watch. For a reasonable price, we get an interesting-looking, time-measuring product. Of course, Seiko will be better for the same price in terms of workmanship / interior, but you have to buy the watch consciously - knowing what our goal is. If we are interested in this look, we will not find it in mechanical watches at this price. As for me - despite the minor flaws I mentioned, a positive assessment. I would subtract maybe half a star for just the seemingly outdoor look and instruction, but since the ratings are only full, a 4 would not be deserved.
