The manufacturers have equipped the watch with a more powerful 192 MHz processor with 5GB RAM and a 220 mAh battery. Great improvements have been made in terms of readability and colour by fitting the Polar Ignite 3 with a 416 x 416 AMOLED display (previous models use a TFT display). The Polar Ignite 3 also comes with a durable curved crystal for greater protection.
The latest device is packed with new features, e.g. Voice guidance features that can give stats and guidance during your training and improved GPS that can guide you back to your starting point. The Polar Ignite 3 aimed at improving sports performance of Polar users. For this purpose, the devices include performance tests, including running and walking, as well as the FuelWise™ feature, useful for long training sessions. With SleepWise™, however, you get daytime alertness insights that help you perfect a bedtime routine. In addition to this, the Polar Ignite 3 offers many practical features that were already available in previous versions, including music playback, phone notifications, Serene™ breathing exercises, heart rate measurement and 24-hour activity tracking to tell you, for example, how many calories you've burned throughout the day.
New Polar Ignite 3 watches
There are four different colour variants to choose from: Greige Sand 725882062501, Purple Dusk 725882062518, Night Black 725882062488 and Brown Copper 725882062525. They all can boast a robust construction as they come with a resin case, a stainless steel bezel and Gorilla Glass that is hard to scratch and crack. The watches are incredibly light (they weigh only 35 g) and comfortable to wear. The user can modify the design of each thanks to interchangeable straps. The strap size of Polar watches is adapted to different wrist circumferences from 135 to 210 mm.
