The Iron Annie Amazonas collection refers to the historic D-AQUI aircraft, which carried cargo and passengers throughout the Amazon from 1957 to 1963 as part of the Transportes Aereos Orientale line. The manufactory was inspired here by the beautiful landscape, whose beauty, wildness and grandeur could be seen from the deck of the machine. The manufacturers wanted the Iron Annie Amazones line of watches to embody an unearthly bird's-eye view, so the collection is maintained in a unique color scheme inspired by the Amazon rainforest, the floating dust of sand and the warmth of the setting sun. In the Amazones collection, the color palette oscillates between browns, beiges, blacks and deep navy blue, alluding to the waters of the Amazon.
