Collection
The Energy Rocket series is inspired by a carrier rocket. The machine was capable of carrying a payload weighing about 100 tons into orbit. Its launch engines meant that it could take off without the use of a shuttle. The first flight took place in 1987, and the last one just a year later.
Mechanism
The model is powered for operation by a battery-powered, Japanese Seiko Epson VK61 quartz movement.
Water resistance
The model's 300-meter water resistance provides protection for the mechanism during swimming and scuba diving. A helium valve and screw-down crown and caseback guarantee additional watertightness.
Box
The Vostok Europe VK61-575C589 model is packed in an original Vostok Europe box - a special Dry Box. It is waterproof and additionally resistant to shocks and falls from great heights. It will prove useful as a place to store not only the watch itself, but also the necessary accessories for diving and swimming.
Tritium backlight - H3 technology
Innovative tritium backlighting from Swiss company Mb-Microtect is responsible for the legibility of the time in the dark. It is up to 100 times more powerful than ordinary luminescent coatings. H3 is the chemical formula of tritium, whose luminous brightness remains the same for 10 years. After 12 years it drops by 50%, and only after 24 years to 25%.
K1 glass - a new quality
Hardened K1 glass provides much better protection against scratches and dings than popular mineral glass. K1 glass is made from an extremely flexible, synthetic material. Any harder impacts do not cause damage, but deformation. The anti-reflective coating with which it is coated will make it easier to read the time in bright sunlight.

4/26/23Great tit. Everything perfectly put together. Very accurate time measurement. The hands hit the indexes perfectly, and the tritium backlight is fabulous and very easy to read. In addition, 300m water resistance allows you to take it for water with confidence. I have different watches, but this one gets the job done. Big 5 nothing to add, nothing to take away.
