Details Sternglas S01-HHT06-ME08
The Sternglas Hamburg Edition 1911 S01-HHT06-ME08 men's watch was designed to commemorate the Old Elbe Tunnel, opened in 1911. The 316L stainless steel envelope measures 42mm in diameter and 8mm thick, and houses a Miyota GR12 quartz movement. The dark blue dial received a satin finish and an additional light blue ring, which gives it a distinctive depth. The indications are coated with a Super-LumiNova layer, so that the watch remains legible even in lower light. The whole is protected by a double-convex sapphire glass with double-sided anti-reflective coating. The four-screw fastened caseback features an engraving depicting a passage through a tunnel - a detail that refers directly to the inspiration of the collection. Water resistance up to 50 meters protects the watch from splashes.
