The Tissot Seastar Wilson WNBA SET Special Edition T120.410.17.011.00 watch with a silver dial operates with a Renata 371, Swiss Made quartz movement and features an EOL battery indicator. On the other hand, the Tissot Seastar Wilson WNBA SET Special Edition model T120.807.17.051.00 with a black dial decorated with a sunray cut for operation is powered by the ETA C07.111, Powermatic 80 Swiss automatic movement with a walk reserve of 80 hours and with a Nivachron balance spring. Each model features a rotating bezel with a 24-second scale that marks the time for basketball action. This underlines Tissot's role as the official timekeeper of the WNBA.

To emphasise the Wilson brand's commitment to the sport, each watch comes with two interchangeable stra ps made from the same premium Evo-NXT composite material used in the official match ball. The colour scheme of the straps includes crisp white and classic orange with contrasting Wilson and WBNA branding. A quick-change strap system allows for a hassle-free changeover. Completing the designs is the basketball motif engraved on the back of the envelope - both on the transparent glass caseback in the automatic version and on the stainless steel caseback in the quartz version.

The dials of the watches are complemented by large, easy-to-read dot and line indexes and Super-LumiNova-coated hands. A day-of-the-month date counter is placed at 6 o'clock. The dial is protected from damage by scratch-resistant, convex sapphire glass with double-sided anti-reflective coating. The watches have a screw-down crown and a screw-down bezel, which, combined with a water resistance of 30 ATM, allows both swimming and diving with a bottle with the watch on hand.
