Venezianico Nereide Bronzo's unique bronze case
The Venezianico Nereide Bronzo men's watch 4521555 draws attention with its design, but it is also distinguished by its ability to evolve - the bronze from which the case is made acquires a unique appearance through the formation of a patina on it. The model is available on a rubber strap and an optional Venezianico Nereide Bronzo SET 4521555-SET version with a refined leather strap to enhance the aesthetics of the watch. It is handcrafted from genuine Italian leather. It is decorated with engravings that tell the ancient story depicted on the famous mosaic of St Mark's Basilica. In this striking way, Venice's glorious past and modern mastery of craftsmanship are combined here.
Venezianico Nereide Bronzo inspired by the ancient sculpture of the Horses of St Mark and the history of Venice
Venezianico Nereide Bronzo 4521555 is inspired by the magnificence and majesty of the Horses of St Mark, a symbol of power and prosperity in Venice. Cast in bronze in ancient Greece, the animals found their home on St Mark's Basilica in the 13th century, telling the story of the city's conquests and grandeur. The famous four horses are immortalised in the form of an engraving on the watch's screw-down caseback. The crown is also screwed down, all of which protects the watch from flooding up to 30 ATM. The back of the case is made of 316L stainless steel, which prevents the patina from coming into contact with the skin. It is alternately decorated with sandblasted and radiant satin finishes for a distinctive look.
High-quality components that make up the watchmaking craftsmanship of the Venezianico Nereide Bronzo
The hands, linear indexes and bezel markers are coated with Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9, a light-sensitive luminescent pigment. White in daylight, it emits a very noticeable blue-green glow in low-light conditions when pre-charged with sunlight or artificial light. On the dial you will also find the days of the month date, and everything has been protected from damage by sapphire glass with anti-reflection. At the heart of the timepiece is the Swiss Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement bearing 26 jewels with a 41-hour power reserve.
