Details Luminox XB.3741
The Luminox XB.3741 military watch comes from the remarkable Bear Grylls Survival 3740 Chrono Master series. It is one of the models in the creation of which the traveler Bear Grylls participated. The world-renowned survivalist mountaineer wore one of these watches during the TV series "World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji" - the world's toughest race. The device has an envelope made of durable CARBONOX+, patented by the brand. It is suspended from a comfortable rubber strap, to which a small compass is attached. When it is removed, the watch gets a more civilian look. The analog dial features a tritium backlight, a chronograph, a GMT pointer showing the time in the second zone, and a date of the days of the month. A rotating bezel with a minute scale comes in handy when diving. A screw-down crown and bezel reinforce the tightness of the envelope. Water resistance of 300 meters allows professional diving with a bottle with the model on the wrist. The manufacturer's warranty is 2 years for the entire watch and 10 years for the tritium backlight.
Bear Grylls Survival
For the creation of the Bear Grylls Survival collection of military watches, the traveler Bear Grylls participated. The renowned mountaineer wore one of these models during the TV series "World's Toughest Race: Eco-Challenge Fiji," the world's toughest race.
Mechanism
The watch's operation is based on a Swiss Ronda 5030.D quartz movement bearing 6 jewels. It is nickel-plated, caliber 5030.D, 28.00 mm in diameter and 4.40 mm thick. The mechanism is a three-indicator, equipped with a date and chronograph. The 30-minute counter is placed at 9 o'clock, the small second at 3 o'clock and the 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock.
Dial
The protection of the dial was made of sapphire glass with anti-reflection, which is distinguished not only by its extraordinary hardness and clarity. Thanks to the applied coating, reading the time in the sunlight will not be a difficulty.
Luminox Light Technology
Thanks to Luminox Light Technology, reading the time from the watch is possible in all conditions for up to 25 years.
Strap
The strap is made of genuine rubber, which is particularly easy to keep clean, and is complemented by a steel buckle.
GMT pointer
GMT is an abbreviation for Greenwich Mean Time - it refers to Greenwich time in London and is the place through which the zero hour meridian runs. With this pointer, it is possible to read the time around the world.
Compass
The presence of a compass makes it possible to indicate the correct turn of the watch in relation to the different directions of the world. The presence of this feature will prove useful especially for travel and survivalist enthusiasts.
CARBONOX™+
The envelope and bezel are made of CARBONOX™ material. This is a carbon (carbon fiber) composite material that has been used since 2006 to create very rigid, tough and yet ultralight watch cases.
Water resistance
Water resistance estimated at 30 ATM allows for surface swimming and deep-sea diving.
