The Casio G-SHOCK GA-100GGB-1A9ER is a men's quartz watch with high resistance to shock, magnetic fields (ISO 764) and water, with a water resistance rating of 200 meters, which also allows it to be used while diving. The black plastic envelope and strap are juxtaposed with a gold dial, giving the whole thing a distinctive look. The model offers practical functions, such as world time, five daily alarms with snooze, automatic calendar and 12-/24-hour format selection. For measuring activity, a stopwatch with an accuracy of 1/1000th of a second and a range of up to 100 hours, a 24-hour timer with an auto-repeat function and speed measurement will come in handy. An added bonus is the Auto-LED backlight, making it easier to read the indications in the dark.

Timer - 1/1 min. - 24 hours (with automatic repeat)
For fans of precision: the countdown timers help you to remember specific or recurring events by giving off an audible signal at a preset time. They then count back automatically from the preset time. The time can be set to the nearest minute and up to 24 hours in advance. Ideal for people who need to take medicines every day or those who do interval training.

Whether I’m running or doing interval training, it lets me monitor my performance with incredible precision and capture fractions of a second—a feature that’s rare in this class of equipment and incredibly useful.
