The CIGA Design U Series Blue Planet II Titanium Automatic GPHG 2021 U038-TU01-6U is a technologically advanced men's watch featuring a lightweight titanium case for everyday comfort. The model stands out with its three-dimensional dial depicting the continents and the Indian Ocean, made using precise CNC machining. Instead of classic hands, Asynchronous-Follow technology is used, in which a static hour scale works with a dynamic minute indicator. The modified gear ratio of the mechanism allows the hour indicator to move in a 30° arc, while the minute indicator rotates 390°, enabling the time to be read from a single reference point. The mechanism's design won the Challenge Watch Prize at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) in 2021. The watch is paired with a blue fluorine rubber strap, and the dial is protected by a double-curved sapphire crystal. Water resistance of 3 ATM means resistance to minor splashes.
