I bought this watch as a surprise gift for my mom a few weeks ago. What really won me over was the design—I spent a long time painstakingly browsing through watch websites, but none of them were quite right. When I saw this Casio model, I knew right away that this was the one. It combines an elegantly coordinated color scheme with interesting and useful features in a beautiful design, and the size of the watch is just right. The decorative diamonds catch the eye. I have fond memories of Casio itself (I’ve owned three models, from a strap-style First Communion watch, to my first conscious choice of an Edifice, all the way to a Beside), but we all know how it is with watches meant as gifts; it’s not something that will always suit everyone—yet I took a chance and don’t regret it, because they really loved it. It catches the eye and has that certain “something.” 
Most importantly, it’s now a keepsake that reminds a loved one of another, even when they’re not together—which is why my watch has a soul. People say that quartz watches have no soul, and I partly agree with that, but this one does. On top of that, Mom has caught the watch bug, and I’m proud of that, all thanks to the Casio Sheen. Looking back, I think this beautiful watch has proven itself, and it was the perfect choice.
