Full-Auto-LED light
A twist of the wrist in weak light conditions automatically lights up the display backlight.
Low-temperature resistant (-10°C)
Even temperatures as low as -10°C have no effect on this watch.
Solar Power
A solar cell provides power for operation.
Barometer (260 / 1.100 hPa)
A special sensor measures the air pressure (measuring range: 260/1100 hPa) and presents this on the display in the form of a symbol. This enables early detection of weather trends.
Thermometer (-10°C / +60°C)
A sensor measures the ambient temperature around the watch and displays it in °C (-10°C /+60°C).
Digital-compass
A built-in direction sensor detecs the magnetic north.

7/23/18I've had it for 7 months now. It's my first ProTrek. I immediately went ahead and extended the warranty for another 3 years. :) So far, I'm super happy with it. The watch has a retro look. ;) Its functionality is almost on par with top-of-the-line ProTreks, though obviously the only feature missing here is Radio Control. For 440 PLN on sale, it’s a purchase worth recommending. I’ve also had people glance at my wrist—so the watch does spark curiosity. ;) But there’s something that really got to me... I bought it at the beginning of the year, so there wasn’t much sunlight outside. Well, when I took it out of the box, what a shock! A blank face. :D Whether I wanted to or not, I had to check the manual to figure out what was going on... Because my previous, cheaper Solara model worked right away. And this ProTrek wouldn’t turn on without being exposed to a light bulb for a while—it was a shock. ;) Best regards!

The watch looks old school. ;) Functionality almost at the level of ProTreks from the top shelf, although it is known that only the Radio Control function is missing here. For PLN 440 in the promotion, it is a purchase worth recommending. It also happened to me that someone looked at my hand - that is, the watch arouses curiosity. ;) But there is something that I have experienced a lot ... I bought it at the beginning of the year, so little sunlight outside. Well, when I took it out of the box, it's a shock! Empty dial. : D Like it or not, I had to read the manual, what's going on ... Because my previous, cheaper Solara model worked right away. And this ProTrek did not want to come to life without prolonged exposure to the bulb, but it was a shock. ;) Best regards!

12/16/17After the initial tests:
- appearance: much nicer in person than in photos
- very lightweight
- not big at all; I was expecting a brick on my wrist, but this was a pleasant surprise
- for my taste, the watch is very elegant
- altimeter, barometer, compass—everything works as it should (the altimeter was off by 100 m at an elevation of 1,400 m, but given the pressure changes, that’s nothing unusual—it’ll still let me track my progress while trekking)
- great time feature: sunrise and sunset times
I’m very happy with the watch—especially for such a “small” price.
P.S. If I change my mind, I’ll come back and add a review ;) -
