Automatic mechanism
The Swiss AV-1000 automatic movement is an innovative solution of the Aviator brand. It has a 41-hour power reserve and 26 bearing stones. This three-indicator watch with a complication of day-of-the-week and date indications was created on the basis of the Sellita SW240-1 mechanical mechanism. The precision of the gait is guaranteed by a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour.
Sapphire glass
The dial of the Swiss watch V.3.35.2.280.4 is protected by sapphire glass, which is highly transparent (it eliminates 99% of the reflections perceived by the human eye) and provides excellent protection against scratches. Aviator used this type of material because sapphire, after processing, achieves a very high hardness, which on the Mohs scale is 9 out of 10 points.
Super-LumiNova®
The Aviator V.3.35.2.280.4 men's watch features elements with Super-LumiNova luminescent coating applied to them. It allows the time to be read in the dark and underwater. This latest technology, based on strontium aluminate, complies with the European Union REACH regulation and ISO 3157 standards.
Day date display
The Aviator V.3.35.2.280.4 watch is equipped with a Day Date timepiece, which is two discs located under the dial. On the dial, in turn, there are two cut-out windows with the number shown (at 3 o'clock or 6 o'clock) and the full name of the day visible (at 12 o'clock). The function allows you to read the current date - the day of the month and the day of the week.
Butterfly clasp
The Aviator V.3.35.2.280.4 watch has an extremely easy-to-use butterfly clasp with a buckle locking and adjustment system (adjustment is possible only on models with a leather strap). It detaches and fastens with two release buttons. This type increases security and wearing comfort.
Water resistance of 100 meters
The 100-meter water resistance protects the mechanism of the Aviator V.3.35.2.280.4 watch from splashes during surface swimming and bathing. You can enjoy selected water sports with it.
