5/31/24The STERNGLAS HAMBURG AUTOMATIK automatic mechanical watch is unrivaled in its price range. 42 mm dial, 316L surgical steel case, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, durable, reliable, and precise Japanese MIYOTA 8215 automatic movement, a vintage leather strap, hands and hour markers illuminated with Luminova luminescent technology, an engraved caseback featuring a map of Hamburg’s city center, and quick strap changes—all this is offered by the Hamburg-based microbrand. The watch looks very elegant and tasteful; the vintage strap and dial emphasize the nostalgic retro style of this timepiece. Its Hanseatic style is inspired by marine instruments. The watch’s look changes very quickly thanks to the quick-change strap system, as shown in the attached photo of the watch with the STERNGLAS SEGMENT STRAP steel bracelet installed for my review. Customer service is excellent regardless of the contact method chosen—whether by phone, chat, or email. Shipping is very fast, and if you’re not satisfied with the product, returning it and getting a refund is hassle-free.
