The structure refers to the surface of the moon. The advantage is the intricately designed indicator of its phases (the maximum deviation is only 1 day in 122.5 years!) allowing to check the phase for both the northern and southern hemispheres. Responsible for its operation is a manufactory Swiss automatic-winding mechanism, which is housed in a silver and sandblasted stainless steel envelope. The body thus constructed is suspended on a strap sewn from hemp material and natural leather. The waterproof rating of 100 meters helps to protect the model from major splashes.
