The watch comes from a limited edition with a strictly defined mintage.
TheJunghans max bill Regulator Limited Edition 027/3190.02 is a men's automatic timepiece, whose design harks back to the Bauhaus style and its greatest creator, Max Bill. The device consists of a round steel envelope in silver color, which is resistant to corrosion and most damages, and a gray leather strap. The white dial is placed under a durable sapphire glass with anti-reflective coating. It features a chronograph in the form of totalizers, a seconds hand and linear minimalist indexes. The bottom of the watch is closed by a four-screw-secured caseback, which is decorated with an edition engraving. In addition, the watch features a Super-LumiNova luminescent coating.

Founded on April 15, 1861 in Schramberg, Germany, the creators of the Junghans brand were Erhard Junghans and his brother-in-law, Jakobe Zeller-Tobler. Many years later, in 1903, the company had the largest clock factory in the world, with more than 3,000 employees. In 1927 Junghans began designing watches with mechanical winding. In the 1950s, thanks to hard work and the refinement of successive calibers, the company established a partnership with Bauhaus designer Max Bill, which culminated in a mechanical wristwatch with a distinctive minimalist design, launched in 1961. In the late 1980s, the first radio-controlled table clock was produced, in 1990 the first radio-controlled wristwatch called MEGA 1 appeared, while five years later the company unveiled an innovative for its time solar watch with a ceramic case. To this day, Junghans remains faithful to the simple, elegant form of its products, combining it with the latest advances in the watchmaking industry.
