The Casio G-SHOCK G-Steel Carbon Core Guard Bluetooth GST-B400BB-1AER watch features an envelope made of Carbon Core Guard, or carbon. The strap is made of rubber, and the caseback is made of steel. Among other features, the model is equipped with Bluetooth® Smart, Smartphone time, Super Illuminator, shock-resistant system, Neobrite backlighting, world time, stopwatch, timer, 5 daily alarms, ability to display days of the week in different languages, hand movement function, lost phone function, automatic calendar and 12-/24-hour format. The whole is based on a solar mechanism. The water resistance of the model is 20 ATM.

9/24/25I’ve had my G-Shock for two weeks now, and I have to admit it’s one of the best-designed watches I’ve ever owned. I really like its slim profile—for a G-Shock, it’s surprisingly flat, yet it still looks sturdy and modern. Bluetooth works flawlessly—the app makes it easy to set alarms, time zones, or sync the time with your phone. Solar charging is incredibly convenient because I don’t have to worry about the battery, and everyday features like the stopwatch, timer, and alarms work intuitively. The LED backlight is fine—it works well—but with this dark dial, you sometimes have to look closely to quickly read the time.

6/20/25The G-SHOCK watch really impressed me, mainly thanks to its sturdy composite case, which makes it both durable and lightweight. It’s the perfect combination, ensuring the watch sits comfortably on the wrist and can withstand even heavy use. The highly detailed product photos in the online store are also a major plus—they helped me make my decision because they accurately capture the watch’s appearance and details. I definitely give it five stars and highly recommend it.
