The Aviator Douglas Day-Date V.3.20.2.226.4 is a unique men's watch inspired by a 1935 aircraft manufactured by the Douglas Aircraft Company. The model is equipped with an ETA 2834-2 / SELLITA SW240-1 automatic movement set on 25 or 26 jewels with a 38-hour power reserve. Incabloc Novodiac technology brilliantly provides protection against shocks and impacts. The caliber is equipped with an ETACHRON regulator to maintain precision both on and off the ground. The rose gold-colored envelope made of PVD-coated stainless steel is paired with a calfskin leather strap with alligator manufacure. The strap has undergone an intensive tanning process to increase flexibility. For added sophistication, it features elegant contrast stitching. The bronze dial adorned with a sunburst cut features a large Day-Date date display. Both the hands and indexes are coated with Super-LumiNova. The dial is protected from damage by a sapphire crystal glass with anti-reflective coating. The screw-down caseback and 10 ATM water resistance allow for surface swimming with the watch on hand.
