You can check your steps over the last seven days. All you have to do is press the middle button once.
Sport modes
Your watch comes with a wide range of sport modes that let you track the duration of your training, distance covered, your heart rate and heart rate intensity zone. The name and icon of the sport chosen is displayed at the top of the screen.

2/11/20It's nice that there is a color other than the white and green of this watch. : D If a women's watch, it doesn't mean that it has to be in such colors and I'm lucky that in this case it is different :) The week is at my place and I don't see the point in taking it off. Wonder!

2/10/20I tried the 3 fitness model and this one, and I like the case the more - it is more compact and nicer for a woman's hand. :) I'm testing the 5th day and I am impressed with the training options and cooperation with the application. As a training assistant, it is a very useful watch.
