Now, let's dive into the Oris ProPilot Altimeter men's watch, which has returned with an improved version a few years after its initial launch. The redesigned model features the advanced features of the in-house Oris 793 automatic movement and uses proven materials.
The redesigned ProPilot Altimeter is a high-performance timepiece that's breaking new ground by utilising a carbon-fibre composite and PEKK in the case construction. To manufacture the case, innovative 3D printing technology developed by 97 Labs, a start-up from ETH Zürich university, was employed. In addition, the watch is fitted with a durable titanium bezel and caseback.
Thanks to this revolutionary manufacturing process, the latest ProPilot Altimeter 01 793 7775 8734-Set boasts a slimmer case due to the improved and 1 mm thinner Oris 793 calibre. It also boasts an extended power reserve of up to 56 hours and an upgraded altimeter module that's capable of reading altitude up to 6,000 metres / 19,700 feet (the previous version indicated 4,500 metres / 15,000 feet). This is a remarkable feature for pilots, mountain climbers and explorers seeking to push their limits.

The eagerly anticipated comeback of the Oris ProPilot X Calibre 115 01 115 7759 7153-Set7 22 01TLC is finally here. This aviation timepiece has been a favourite among luxury watch enthusiasts since 2019 due to its innovative design, and it continues to be a bestseller today. The watch features traditional skeletonization, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship and artistry of Swiss watchmaking, and it has been turning heads for nearly four years.
The masterpiece from the PPX series is driven by the in-house Oris 115 calibre, which is a hand-wound movement. It is housed in a titanium case and boasts a remarkably long power reserve. When fully wound, this watch can run continuously for up to 10 days or 240 hours, which is significantly longer than the standard reserve on most mechanical watches, which is only 2 days.
For mechanical watch enthusiasts, the ProPilot X Calibre 115 features an oversized mainspring at the 12 o'clock position. The in-house Oris 115 calibre includes central hour and minute complications, a small seconds sub-dial at 7:30 o'clock, a stop second, and a power reserve indicator at 3 o'clock patented by Oris itself. Additionally, this timepiece boasts 38 jewels, a vibration of 21,600 A/h and a case that is pressure-resistant up to 10 BAR, ensuring the safety and durability of the mechanism.
