The year 2023 has started really well for Venezianico. In mid-January, the company announced that they were collaborating with the Swiss company Soprod SA to create the new V3290 calibre. Today, we are excited to announce the launch of the Nerede GMT Ceratung™ watch collection. Customers can also check out three other watches, including the Venezianico Buccintoro, the Nerede Tungsteno 5th Anniversary Limited Edition and the Redentore 36mm Diamond women's watch.
Venezianico Nerede GMT Ceratung™ with the new V3290 movement

The Nerede GMT Ceratung™ is a truly one-of-a-kind watch thanks to its V3290 calibre. This mechanism contains 25 rubies, the Incabloc anti-shock system and a GMT function, making it stand out from other watches. The model is a diving watch that can withstand harsh conditions. To achieve this, the manufacturers used both ceramic and tungsten in the bezel insert. With a score of 8 and 9 on the Mohs scale, these materials are incredibly durable and almost impossible to scratch. The Nereide GMT Ceratung™ watch can simultaneously monitor three different time zones thanks to two 24-hour scales. The watch's elegant design is complemented by its functionality, including blue markings on the dial and bezel and a Canova bracelet.
Venezianico Redentore 36mm Diamond — adorned with genuine diamonds
The Venezianico Redentore line displays elegance and that’s why it appeals to those who appreciate modern craftsmanship combined with traditional automatic timekeeping (Seiko NH35A). The collection offers, among others, the Venezianico Redentore 36mm Diamond women's watch, which is adorned with genuine diamonds set in polished steel indices. The diamonds, with a colour between G-H and Si clarity, have a single cut (18 facets) and a total weight of 0.14 ct. The watch comes with a certificate that confirms the authenticity of the diamonds. This model's superior quality is further emphasised by its other features, including a mother-of-pearl dial and Canova bracelet. The silver colour of the timepiece complements the diamonds. This creates a luxurious watch that is ideal for women who appreciate exquisite jewellery.
Venezianico Buccintoro — watches with the Seiko NE86 calibre
The Venezianico Buccintoro collection is highly prestigious due to its Seiko NE86 automatic calibre with chronograph function, which is a modern and impressive mechanism used in Grand Seiko watches. It features a column wheel and a vertical clutch, ensuring exceptionally smooth operation. Experienced watchmakers assemble the mechanism by hand at their factory in Iwate Prefecture, Japan. The production time for such a movement takes 7-9 months. Following the success of the Prima Serie, the manufacturer decided to continue the series and is now offering the Venezianico Buccintoro watch with two chronograph indicators. The 30-minute counter is located at 9 o'clock, contrasting with the second hand at 3 o'clock. The central second hand allows the user to read speed (over a kilometre distance) via a tachymetric scale found between the dial and the crystal. The creation of a timepiece with just a 40 mm diameter case was possible thanks to the NE86 movement. Customers can choose between a black or silver sun-brushed dial variant. Both models are fitted with a Canova bracelet.
Venezianico watch for the brand's anniversary — Venezianico Nereide Tungsteno 5th Anniversary Limited Edition
The Venezianico Nereide Tungsteno 5th Anniversary Limited Edition is also a noteworthy timepiece. In honour of the brand's fifth anniversary, the brand has selected its most iconic series — one that holds a special place in the heart of its founder, Alberto Morelli. The limited edition version of this model features striking silver and rose gold colours. The caseback features an engraving of a cross atop the St Mark's Clocktower, while the bezel is made of tungsten — the hardest and most resistant metal in nature. This ensures the watch retains its aesthetic appeal over years. The Venezianico Nereide Tungsteno is powered by the Swiss Sellita SW200-1 movement with a 41-hour power reserve. This limited edition watch is a must-have for any fan of the Italian brand, which, despite its relatively short time in the industry, has achieved success on par with long-standing manufacturers.
