Easy to use once you go through the instructions for its operation. Its biggest advantage is the step tracker and the ability to pair with a smartphone. Just download the appropriate app and we have access to our workouts. It accompanies me during my daily activities and I can't imagine going out without it. Plus its design, which simply captivated me. I can recommend this model with a clear conscience.
